Japanese stainless hot rolled steel production rises in H1-The 19th China(Guangzhou)Int'l Stainless Steel Industry Exhibition

According to Japan Stainless Steel Association report, Japanese stainless hot rolled steel production totaled about 1.39 million tons on first half of this year, raised about 2.2% compared with the same period of last year.
Among them, the stainless structural steel production totaled about 115,153 tons, rose by about 9.7% compared with the same period of last year; that of stainless steel wire production totaled about 124,786 tons, rose by about 12.5% compared with the same period of last year; that of stainless steel tubes production totaled 123,106 tons, rose by about 3.3% compared with the same period of last year; stainless steel plates production totaled about 1.03 million tons, rose by about 0.2% compared with the same period of last year.
On June, 2017, Japan’s stainless hot rolled steel production totaled about 208,565 tons, declined by 9.6% compared with the same period of last year, and declined by 8.2% compared with previous month.
