On March 14, 2022, the Mexican Secretariat of Economy (SE) announced that it has initiated an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on high-carbon ferromanganese originating in or imported from India, based on an application submitted by the Mexican company Compañía Minera Autlán, S.A.B. de C.V.
The products involved are classified under tariff codes 7202.11.01 and 9802.00.13 of the TIGIE.
The period of investigation was from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, and the injury analysis period was from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2021.
The announcement came into force from the day after the publication.
