It is reported that Houston-based steel supplier Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc, announced to acquire the Arbor Metals in Dallas, Texas. Arbor Metals is an international trader, and a processing and metal of Reserve Service Center, applicable to all grades and thicknesses of stainless steel, aluminum strips and wire coils.
Triple S Steel was established in 1960 and has been developing rapidly since 1978 through strategic cooperation and acquisitions. Triple S Steel also acquired the Columbia Steel Company Steckerl Hierros y Acero in previous, which has five production facilities.
