Fronius has developed the WeldCube documentation and data analysis system. It can connect up to 50 power sources, enabling continuous data monitoring.

The unit is based on an industrial PC with integrated software. It is compatible with all digital Fronius series, with the DeltaSpot resistance spot welding system, and with the TPS/I intelligent welding device platform. This enables users to record and analyze data including welding current, voltage, wire feed speed, welding speed and time, arc length and dynamic correct, job numbers for manual and robotic welding, and consumption data.

The data is viewed from a standard web browser, allowing users to view the documentation and graph the data from their computer or mobile device.
