According to statistics from the Argentine Association of Automobile Manufacturers (ADEFA), Argentina’s automobile output, including commercial vehicles, amounted to around 37,700 units in February this year, rising by 102% compared to the previous month and also hiking by 72.7% from the same month a year ago.
During the period, Argentina exported around 20,000 units of automobiles, a month-on-month increase of 115.3% and a year-on-year hike of 33%.
In the first two months of this year, Argentina’s automobile output reached roughly 56,300 units, up by 22% year on year; the export volume grew by 8.7% year on year to approximately 29,200 units.
