According to the result of the expedited sunset review launched by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the revocation of the existing countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain cold-rolled flat products originating in Brazil would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at a rate from 11.09%-11.31%, depending on exporters or producers.
It was the first sunset review of the CVD order against Brazil’s cold-rolled flat products. This CVD measure was firstly implemented in September 2016.
