It was reported that United Company RUSAL (RUSAL), the second-largest aluminum company in the world, processed and sold more than 50% of the waste from its smelters in the past 10 years, promising to become a leading sustainable producer.
Among them, the processing level for red and nepheline mud was around 10%, which help RUSAL become a global leader in alumina mud processing.
RUSAL aimed to realize 100% commercial demanded waste sales, so it was conducting some measures to expend the partnership with other domestic companies and global leading industrial manufacturers.
