French Aperam increases EU alloy steel surcharge for Sep—The 21st China(Guangzhou)Int’l Heat Treatment, Industrial Furnace Exhibition

According to the report, Aperam S.A., one of the French stainless steel factory, increased the European alloy steel surcharge for September on their austenite and ferrite series stainless steel plate.
Aperam S.A. decided to raise surcharge on 304 stainless steel by around EUR$200/ton for September, and the 316 series has increased around EUR$245/ton.
Moreover, the heat resistant 309 series stainless steel increased about EUR$245/ton in September, and the most popular stainless steel 409 series had only increased slightly by EUR$4/ton.
The risen of surcharge mainly reflected the increasing nickel and chromium iron price.
