据报道，SpaceX 已采取措施在德克萨斯州 Bastrop 建立一家铸造厂，用于制造大型燃气轮机的叶片。
据悉，燃气轮机的叶片与导叶需在华氏 3000 至 3600 度（约合 1650 至 1980 摄氏度）的极端高温环境下运行，这一温度比材料自身的熔点还要高出约 800 华氏度，因此对铸造工艺的要求极为苛刻。目前全球仅有四家铸造企业掌握这项核心技术，形成了高度垄断的市场格局，导致 GE Vernova 等大型涡轮机制造商的订单已经排至 2030 年。
国金证券研报指出，燃气轮机凭借发电稳定、适合调峰发电、功率大、成本低等综合优势，未来预计长期成为 AIDC 首选供电方案。2024 年以来，海外燃机龙头 GEV、西门子能源等订单持续高增长，在手订单可见度已经超过 5 年，行业景气度高。
