展会推广计划 Promotion 

1.通过英国UK Spring Manufacturers Association、美国《Spring》Magazine、美国《Wire Forming Technology》、欧洲《Euro Wire》、888弹簧信息网、斯普弹簧网、环球弹簧网,三分钟弹簧网等等十几家专业杂志网站发布广告。 

2.通过中国在日本、英国、韩国、西班牙、瑞士、新加坡、阿联酋、菲律宾、德国等三十几个国家的大使馆经济商务处网上发布信息。 

3.委托海内外各专业协（学）会分发展会宣传品并组织参观。 

4.通过公司“采购商拓展部”向目标客户免费发放参观嘉宾卡。 

5.通过国内电视台、报纸展前报导及刊登广告。

展览内容 Exhibiting Scope 

1.各类轿车悬架弹簧、稳定杆、气门弹簧、摩托车减震弹簧、压力弹簧、拉力弹簧、扭力弹簧、模具弹簧、异型弹簧、矩型弹簧、悬架弹簧、园弹簧、工艺弹簧、电池弹簧、涡卷弹簧、片弹簧、发条、塔簧 、卡簧、 产品专用弹簧 、碟形弹簧、蛇形弹簧、恒力弹簧 、各类不锈钢弹簧、弹性元件及其它。All kinds of bearing spring,roll bar,valve spring, motorcycle damping spring,pressure spring,draught spring, torsion spring,die spring, special shaped spring,rectangular spring,clockwork spring,cylinder spring,craft spring,battery spring,Belleville spring,volute spiral,flat spring,tower-shaped spring,snap spring,special spring,serpentine spring,constant force spring,kinds of stainless spring,elastic cell and others. 

2.弹簧材料(弹簧钢丝、不锈钢线材) Spring materials-spring steel wire,stainless wire.

3.弹簧设备(数控磨簧机、数控卷簧机、计算机弹簧机、弹簧试验机、拉力计) Spring equipment-CNC spring end grinder,computerized spring machine,CNC spring coiler,spring testing machine, stress recorder,Testing equipment,various of spare parts and relevant technique equipment.

4.检测仪器机械、各种零部件及相关技术设备。Testing instruments, machinery, various components and related technical equipment.

参展费用 Exhibition Charges 

国内参展商：标准展位 13800元人民币/全展期/个9㎡，17000元人民币/全展期/个12㎡ （双开口另加1000元人民币）

空场地：1380元人民币/㎡, 36㎡展位起租（按每平方米人民币28元交纳展场施工管理费）

Standard Booth：USD4500/booth (9sqms)

Brand Hall (minimum area of 36sqms): 450 USD/sqm raw space rent + 5 USD/sqm construction management fees

标展展位配置：三面围板、中英文楣板、洽谈桌一张、椅子两把、垃圾桶1个、日光灯二支。

Standard Booth Included Basic Fittings：booth boarding, fascia board with company name, one table, two chairs, carpet, garbage-can, two daylight lamps,air condition。

大会广告项目 Advertisement 

本届大会会刊，用32开（ 210mm×140mm）进口铜版纸，精装印刷，在大会期间派发给参观人士。欢迎企业刊登广告版面及其它宣传方式，收费标准如下：（人民币）The official journal is perfectly printed with art papers（140mm×210mm）and distributed to exhibitors and visitors. Enterprises are welcomed to make advertisement in our journal or by other ways.

请提供设计好的广告文件,如需我司设计,需收取每版广告设计费人民币壹仟元(1000元) 

参展报名手续 Procedures of Participation 

1.填好回执表加盖上公章后，传真或E-mail至我公司。Post or fax the filled & stamped application to us. 

2.参展企业收到“展位确认书”三天内将参展费用汇至我司账户，并将汇款底单回传至我司。Participation fee should be transferred into our company account & swift receipt should be fax to us within one week after receiving the stand confirmation. 

3.我司在收到参展商参展费后,合同正式生效；参展企业不得以任何方式转租或转借给第三方。The contract will officially become effective after receiving participation fee. The booth can not be subleased or loaned to any third party for any reason. 

4.展位分配顺序将按“报名时间及展位大小”优先分配。The location of booth will be allotted according to application date and size. 

展会增值服务 Service 

1. 协助安排参展公司的展品运输。Help exhibitors arrange theconveyance of exhibits. 

2. 协助优先优惠安排参展人员住宿及票务。Arrange the lodging and ticket for exhibitors in prior and preferential. 

3. 协助参展企业现场召开新闻发布会及贸易洽谈会。Hold the newsrelease meeting and trade meeting on site for exhibitors. 

4. 协助展商收集有关市场信息及资料。Help the exhibitors collectthe concerning market information and data.
