-
Die-casting and foundry equipment: Die-casting machines, melting furnaces, molds, process control systems, squeeze casting, low-pressure casting, gravity die casting, centrifugal casting, continuous casting, shell mold casting, and lost foam casting.
-
Foundry supporting technologies: Sand processing equipment, molding and core-making machinery, shot blasting and cleaning equipment, metal mold casting equipment, investment casting equipment, testing instruments, and control systems.
Promotion and Buyer Outreach
Guangzhou Julang has mobilized a dedicated promotion task force to disseminate exhibition information through telephone, fax, email, direct mail, industry magazines, websites, newspapers, and television. More than 500,000 invitations and 1,000,000 tickets will be distributed directly to potential buyers across hardware, machinery, automotive, building materials, aviation, electronics, medical, and metallurgy sectors worldwide. The organizer also maintains a database of approximately 300,000 global purchasers, providing a solid foundation for matchmaking and business exchange.
Industry Context: A Transformative Period for Die Casting
The 2027 exhibition arrives at a pivotal moment for the global die-casting sector. Integrated die-casting has entered mass production, and semi-solid processing is expanding from magnesium to aluminum alloys, opening new possibilities for lightweight applications in low-altitude mobility and 3C electronics. Customer priorities are shifting from machine tonnage alone toward production stability, yield, system integration, and total cost of ownership. Aluminum and magnesium lightweighting now requires coordinated advances across component design, manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation. These trends underscore the exhibition¡¯s role as a platform for showcasing next-generation technologies and facilitating strategic partnerships.
