North American rig count fall in the 4th week of December

It is reported that the number of rig count in North America declined in the fourth week of December 2017, decreased by 76 to 1065 compared with previous week; while oil prices continued to rise. It is expected the West German Intermediate (WTI) crude also reaching at US$60 after two years.
