Japanese fastener exports in volume decline 1.0% year-on-year to 287,830 tons during Jan.-Oct. of 2014 while exports in value rose 1.0% year-on-year to 247.9 billion yen due to the depreciation of Yen.
The fastener imports jumped 7.2% in value to 72.1 billion yen for the first nine months and imports in volume rose 7.7% to 195,474 tons compared with the same period of 2013.
