Current injectors, oxygen/natural gas valve stands and software automation will be replaced with state-of-the-art technology: M-ONE, L-ONE combined injectors, copper blocks including FLASH-STOP and pneumatic lime injection.
The new chemical package will optimize EVRAZ Pueblo''s EAF melting process, enhance reliability and improve transformation costs for the manufacture of rail, seamless pipe, rod and coiled reinforcing bar. Commissioning is planned by mid-2022.
According to MORE Srl, this order is not the first supply that EVRAZ has commissioned from the company. Prior work at the facility was focused on the modernization of the plant''s carbon pneumatic injection system.
