Indonesian PT Antam’s nickel production & sales rise in Q1-The 19th China (Guangzhou)Int’l Fastener & Equipment Exhibition

According to the sales report released by Indonesian PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk, its production of ferronickel was around 6,100 tons in the first quarter of 2018, up by 107% year on year from 2,900 tons in the same period last year; the sales volume was around 5,400 tons, up by 109% year on year from 2,560 tons in the same period a year ago.
As for the nickel ore, the production reached around 2.11 million wet tons in the first quarter of 2018, increasing by 301% compared to 530,000 wet tons in the same period a year earlier. The sales volume came to around 1.15 million wet tons, growing by 2171% compared to 50,500 wet tons in the same period in 2017.
