Taiwanese screws export volume and average price rise for Oct-The 19th China (Guangzhou)Int¡¯l Fastener & Equipment Exhibition

Taiwanese screws exports totaled 125,130 tons for October, declined by 2.58% compared with the same period last year; the exports amount to US$350 million, rose by 8.84% compared with the same period last year; the average price was at US$2.797/kg, rose by 11.72% compared with the same period last year.
Among them, Taiwan¡¯s screw exports to Europe Union in October decreased by 0.59% compared with the same period last year; but the amount rose by 16.14%; the average price rose by 2.76%.
In the first ten months this year, Taiwanese screw exports totaled about 1.32 million tons, rose by 3.64% compared with the same period last year; the amount to US$3.525 billion, rose by 12.07% compared with the same period last year.
