Taiwan¡¯s screw exports to UK decline for Jan¨CSep-The 19th China (Guangzhou)Int¡¯l Fastener & Equipment Exhibition

According to the statistics, Taiwan¡¯s screw exports to UK fell in first three quarters this year, while China¡¯s screw exports grew. During January to September this year, Taiwan¡®s screw exports to UK, Belgium, Thailand, India and Saudi Arabia have all declined compared with the same period of last year.
Among them, Taiwan¡¯s screw exports to UK totaled 48,363 tons, down by 5.65% while China¡¯s screw exports to UK grew by 12.52%, totaled 64,705 tons. Market participants pointed out that although Taiwan¡¯s screw exports to UK volume decreased, the average price grew by 12.76% at US$2.804/kg; China¡¯s average price was at US$1.758/kg, up by 4.1%.
