Although the hot-rolled price took an upturn, prices of the energy pipe in the US market still remained weak.
According to buyers, after the stocks being run out, domestic companies should try to raise the deal prices.
Now the prices of rolled products are diving towards the bottom, while lately-built factories currently sold their products at a price that was equal or lesser than the variable cost. Such a situation must be changed.
All in all, finally it should be the demand who ruled the market. However, it still remained a suspended question when or even whether the demand will appear in the market.
