EU to make decision on Arvedi Group¡¯s acquisition of Acciai Speciali Terni next month

The EU antitrust body will make a decision on Arvedi Group¡¯s acquisition of Acciai Speciali Terni (AST) before December 22. The review process for the final determination began on November 17.
If granting authorization from the EU antitrust body, the sale of AST by the German group ThyssenKrupp to Arvedi Group should end around January or February in 2022, said Giovanni Arvedi, the founder of Arvedi Group.
