Ryerson Holding Corp. a processor and distributor of industrial metals based in Chicago, said that it has acquired the majority of the assets of Apogee Steel Fabrication Inc., a sheet metal fabricator based in Mississauga, Canada.
Apogee is a full-line manufacturing company operated for more than 30 years, providing shearing, punching, forming, laser cutting processing, welding, and hardware assembly services.
