Taiwanese Ministry of Finance approved that stakeholder could be submitted opinions or documents on the inspection of countervailing duties and anti-dumping duties on Chinese certain hot dip galvanized steel products, alloy-zinc flat products, stainless steel cold rolled products, carbon steel cold rolled products and stainless steel hot rolled products, which must provide the relevant information to Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance before 31st, January.
The Ministry of Finance mainly responded to exporters and steel mills have no ideal to understand and analyze the opinion of Chinese exportation, the department had previously refused to respond or provided the indeterminacy response.
Therefore, the Ministry of Finance has consulted the advice from the domestic importers and relevant industries, which the reference would be as reverse opinions at the preliminary review meeting. They predicted to release the initial judgment until the end of April this year and the final judgment will be extended to the end of July.
