Before the Easter holidays, the European Commission decided not to impose temporary antidumping duties on imports of hot rolled coils from Brazil, Iran, Russia, Serbia and Ukraine, therefore, the European steel plate supply continued to increase.
However, the European domestic steel plate prices have been declined, but steel plate suppliers increased. So, buyers are not eager to placing order now, and is more likely to wait and see attitude.
