On January 13, 2016, Gem-Year Industrial Co., Ltd. announced that the company had signed the contract in a total value of around 66.26 million CNY with Xi’an-Lanzhou Railway Passenger Dedicated Line Shaanxi Limited Liability Company, regarding the procurement & supply of the fasteners & fixings for No. FO1 high-speed railway, on a basis of complying with the bidding documents from two parties, bid-winning notice, and the relative promises & guarantees.

It was signified by Gem-Year that in near term, there would be no revenue for the company after signing the contract, due to the uncertainty from the multi-factors that would influence the construction project.
