Taiwanese fastener exports to EU grow steadily in Q1-The 19th China (Guangzhou)Int’l Fastener & Equipment Exhibition

According to the report, the Taiwan Industrial Fasteners Institute indicated that China exported around 159,000 tons of fasteners to the European Union (EU) during January to March. In February, the Chinese export amount rose by 140% compared with the same period of last year. These data led to market participants'' panic in Taiwanese.
In the meanwhile, Taiwan exported around 137,000 tons of fasteners to the EU, increased by 5% year on year. Taiwanese Metal Industries Research & Development Centre (MIRDC) expressed that although Chinese export amount grew sharply, Taiwanese export performance still steadily increased in the first quarter.
