It was reported that the global demand of grain-oriented electrical steel sheets would increased by 3% in the first half of 2019. The United States'' Section 232 tariffs and European Union''s temporary safeguard measures continued to impact the market of grain-oriented electrical steel sheets.
At present, some global mills focused to produce the high quality product and they forecasted the annual production could reach 150,000-160,000 tons.
In addition, the Chinese government announced to initiate the program of energy traffic network which might give a rise in order volume of large transformer, and it would also promote Japanese grain-oriented electrical steel sheets sales.
