Thailand Foreign Trade Department has announced to start hot-rolled plate anti-dumping duty and countervailing duty investigations on hot rolled steel imports from
Brazil, Iran and Turkey.
The petition has submitted by local producer Sahaviriya Plate Mill Public Company Limited, which claimed that imports from these countries concerned dumping. Which caused material injury to the domestic industry.
The product under investigations are included with thickness of 0.9 mm to 100 mm, width from 100 to 3200 mm hot-rolled sheet.
