SPS, headquartered in Manhattan, Kan., has distribution, fabrication, processing and ERW tube manufacturing operations located in five U.S. states, as well as in Monterrey, Mexico. 

“Our company has grown to a point now where it’s time for me to step aside and bring in ownership that can continue to support the efforts that were started over 30 years ago.  I could not be more pleased with SPS assuming control and taking the company to the next level,” said Ed Rachel.  

USW serves a number of niche industries, including canopies and carports, playgrounds, conveyors, awnings, greenhouses and fencing. It services hundreds of small and medium-sized OEM manufacturers from five locations.
