On May 24th, 2018, the European Commission issued an announcement to carry out anti-dumping investigations on China’s hot-rolled steel sheet piles.
The product involved in the EU CN code is ex 7301 10 00 (TARIC code 7301 10 00 10). The dumping and damage investigation period in this case was from April 1st, 2017 to March 31th, 2018. The damage analysis period is January 1st, 2015 to the end of the dumping investigation period.
The European Commission will make an anti-dumping ruling on the case within 9 months from the date of this announcement.
