Turkish imports of pre-painted steel sheet decrease in Jan-Sep- The 19th China£¨Guangzhou£©Int¡¯l Sheet metal machinery,Forging, Stamping and Setting Equipment Exhibition

According to the statistics from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), the Turkish imports of pre-painted steel sheet totaled 2,850 tons in this September, up by 13.2% from August while down by 65% from last September.
The Turkish imported amount of pre-painted steel sheet totaled US$2.84 million in September, up by 2.16% from August while down by 55% from last September.
From January to September, the Turkish imported volume and amount of pre-painted steel sheet totaled 23,900 tons and US$25.7 million respectively, down by 68.6% and 52% compared to the same period of last year respectively.
In the first nine months of this year, Turkish imported pre-painted steel sheet was 5,175 tons from Italy, which was the biggest imported source. Belgium and China exported pre-painted steel sheet of 4,535 tons and 4,295 tons to Turkey from January to September respectively.
